One member was close to tears when she heard the news

After three years of hosting weekly calls inside The Champagne Lounge, I made a big decision:
We’re moving to monthly calls instead.

And when I shared the news?
One of our members told me she was close to tears.

Yes, really.

She said those Monday calls had become her anchor — something she looked forward to every week. And honestly? That meant the world to hear.

But here’s what else happened...

Metaphorical hats were bowed.
Little love letters landed in my inbox.
And I was met with a wave of support, celebration and understanding from our incredible community.

Some members decided the change wasn’t right for them — and we parted with kindness and care.
Others realised this was the nudge they needed to actually show up to the membership they’d been quietly paying for.
Some saw the shift as a positive — because now each session feels more urgent, more valuable, more unmissable.

Everyone understood the why.

Because what got us here, won’t get us there.

After 3 years of holding space weekly, it was time to give myself space too —
To work on the next version of the Lounge.
To go deeper with our events and content.
To make room for more connection, not just consistency.

But knowing it was the right move?
Didn’t make the decision any easier.

Saying no to something that’s “working” in order to create something better?
That takes courage.
And clarity.
And trust.
