Tight deadline. Big stakes. Zero panic.

I wish I could tell you more about my recent big video project.
I really do.

But while I can’t share the who or the what – here’s what I can tell you:

It was big.
Multiple days of filming.
Stakeholders in multiple cities and countries.
Lots of moving parts and high pressure with a capital P.
This project spanned several months – and every single detail mattered.

It’s not the first time we’ve worked with this client on a project like this.
In fact, we’ve partnered on similar high-stakes projects multiple times over the past decade and I'm the one person he calls when video content is required.

So when the final videos were delivered on a Tuesday afternoon, we thought we were done.

But the next morning, less than 48 hours before the official submission deadline for the project, I got that message.

🎥 8.15am – Crew on standby in Sydney and Melbourne
💻 9.00am – My editor was back on the project
✂️ 10.00am – Updated edits delivered
📱 10.02am – “Omg’ness you guys are incredible. Will review now.”
🙌 10.40am - New edits approved, no more changes needed
✅ 11.30am – Final masters delivered. Deadline met. Panic over.
