In 2012, Rebecca Saunders landed in Australia with just $500, a laptop, and a big dream. Over a decade later, she’s a powerhouse business mentor, multi-award-winning entrepreneur, and media innovator who helps business owners cut through the noise and scale with confidence.
After building a seven-figure video production agency trusted by global brands and launching regional publication Mid-Western Living Magazine in just three weeks, Rebecca has become known for her ability to turn bold ideas into thriving, profitable ventures.
Her work spans strategy, storytelling, and leadership - from helping clients elevate their visibility and influence, to empowering regional business owners through initiatives like The Champagne Lounge and MWLÂ Biz Club.
Rebecca is celebrated for her straight-talking approach, depth of experience, and results-driven mindset. She’s on a mission to help entrepreneurs make courageous decisions, build resilient businesses, and create meaningful impact on their own terms.
Based in regional NSW, Rebecca lives with her husband and two Miniature Australian Shepherds, Bailey and Marmite. When she’s not producing videos, publishing regional stories or speaking on global stages, you’ll find her planning the next big project - or hosting one of her infamous dinner parties!
