Fabulous Long Lunch

Join us for our annual IWD event in Mudgee, NSW

Saturday 14th March 2026

This years IWD theme Balance the Scales is a promise for every woman and girl to be safe, heard, and free to shape her own future. In 2026, unjust laws, policies, and ingrained barriers still stand in the way of fair and inclusive communities.

This International Women’s Day, the UN is calling on Australians to join a movement for real action – to transform our justice systems, amplify marginalised voices, and ensure equality is not the exception, but the rule.

Join us for an intimate 5-course degustation lunch with matching local wines by a local award-winning chef, and a conversation with our guest speaker Simone Eyles, founder of Disinfluencer - Australia's first social enterprise focused on disability inclusion in media and marketing.

Tickets: $195 TCL members | $225 non-members
(Only 30 seats available)

AN INTIMATE FABULOUS LONG LUNCH

Attendees told me clearly in 2025: intimate, curated experiences create deeper connection and greater impact. So this year I'm intentionally crafting a premium, boutique long lunch designed for meaningful conversation, visibility and community connection - not volume.

There are only 30 seats available for this event, and you're going to want to be in this room. I've chosen to not advertise this event publicly, so if you're viewing this page - you're invited to join us for this event and we want you in the room. đź’•

Meet Our Special Guest

We'll be in conversation with...
SIMONE EYLES, Founder of Disinfluencer

Simone is a mum, carer, entrepreneur, and creative trouble-maker who refuses to accept the way things have always been done. She builds things that cut through the noise, remove friction, and actually help people, not because it’s trendy, but because real families (including hers) deserve better.

With a BA in Graphic Design and a career spanning startups, social impact and small-business advocacy, Simone has built and sold businesses, supported hundreds of founders through bushfires and COVID as a Financial Counsellor and now leads Disinfluencer a social enterprise redefining representation through inclusive imagery, talent, and education.

Driven by lived experience as a parent of a child with a disability, Simone blends straight-talking practicality with big creative energy. She builds things that make people’s lives easier - from stock libraries to e-learning, incubators to talent pathways - all centred on access, opportunity, and visibility.

Simone speaks on creativity, disability inclusion, digital storytelling, small business, and the power of building things that matter. She’s real, relatable, and razor-focused on impact, with a knack for cutting through the fluff and getting people to take action.
